Position Overview:
As the RGM (Revenue Growth Management) Agile Senior Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to design and implement winning RGM strategies and plans to drive substantial growth in 25 developing countries within the
Eurasia & Middle East territory. You will support the development of innovative approaches in pricing, promotions, portfolio, and mix management.
This role demands a combination of forward-thinking strategic vision and practical operational execution to capitalize on the region's significant potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Lead, design, and implement RGM strategies to drive topline growth in revenue, transactions, and margin expansion. Develop innovative pricing, promotions, portfolio, and mix management approaches.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Serve as a key member of cross-functional teams, collaborating with Operating Unit and system teams to accelerate capabilities in affordability, premiumization, portfolio optimization, promotional intelligence, assortment optimization, and advanced analytics.
Revenue Identification:Identify revenue opportunities across various sales channels and categories. Design bold OBBPC (Occasion, Brand, Package, Price, Channel) strategies to drive revenue, volume, and transactions growth.
Analytical Partnership:Collaborate with Strategy, Human Insights, and Finance teams to analyze business performance and identify potential RGM levers. Develop value propositions for shoppers and customers to generate incremental system results.
Stakeholder Engagement:Act as the key RGM strategy contact, ensuring alignment and synchronization with bottlers, Franchise GMs, Marketing, and Finance functions. Ensure RGM strategies are effectively integrated into Countries commercial activities.
Experience & Qualifications:
Professional Experience:5+ years experience in RGM, consultancy, commercial planning, or commercial execution. Demonstrated expertise in RGM, segmentation, innovation, and channel strategy.
Strategic & Analytical Skills:Proven ability to think strategically and analytically, with outstanding influencing and leadership skills.
Execution Mindset:Ability to translate strategic plans into actionable initiatives with solid experience in commercial and brand management.
Collaborative Approach:Strong networking and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment.
