Job Summary:
This role is critical in strategically and operationally optimizing profitable volume growth for Coca-Cola brands. The Senior Manager - On Premise will lead specific projects that transform in-outlet execution, customer relations, and route-to-market (RTM) solutions in partnership with our bottling partners. The position requires ensuring that bottler and bottler-extension strategies, commercial plans, and executions align with the Coca-Cola system's volume targets. The role also supports franchise operations by fostering a strong network and community through Global Customer & Commercial Leadership consultation and influence.
Work That Matters the Most:
- Design and implement short- and long-term strategies for the On-Premise channel, North Cyprus, and strategic accounts (including McDonald's) to accelerate customer-centric programming.
- Develop and execute short- and long-term joint business plans with key accounts, aligning with bottler and account strategies.
- Identify opportunities and share & reapply best practices
- Lead and influence activation plans for key customers, ensuring optimal execution at the point of purchase (POP) and shop floor.
- Align marketing communications, experiential requirements, and execution needs with Commercial Execution, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and Marketing
- Develop occasion- and portfolio-focused plans, including shopper-relevant category bundles, impactful activation calendars, and revenue-pool targeting.
Focus:
- Building sustainable growth with customer- and consumer-relevant plans.
- Driving disciplined implementation of channel and purchase mode playbooks.
- Supporting tailored activation plans for priority customers as needed.
Scope:
- Oversight of strategic channel and customer plans.
- Co-developing channel development business plans with bottlers.
- Managing customer-specific Direct Marketing Expenses (DME).

Experience & Requirements:
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in customer, commercial, and operational marketing.
- Experience in FMCG “on premise” “away from home” or “retail” channels
- Leadership experience in customer and trade marketing.
- Proven ability to bridge strategy and execution.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
