We are looking for an ''Senior Manager - Merchandising'' for our manufacturer company in Istanbul, Turkiye.
Key Qualifications;
Assist in creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities
Provide advice and suggestions on product design to facilitate cost-saving and enhance product sales
Assist in building and maintaining a strong local and regional vendor network to meet customers’ current and future business needs
Assist in managing the team to achieve division’s business objectives
Assist in managing the team’s merchandising activities to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements;
At least Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience in Vendor Management and Buying Team Management
Experience in Sourcing and end-to-end operations
Advanced level of English
Result-oriented, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, responsive, detail-minded with strong ownership & follow-up mindset, well-organized
(Preferably) Hardgoods knowledge
