Job Summary:
The Senior Manager, Franchise Planning and Activation will act as the operational link between Franchise Marketing, CCL, and Bottler, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of commercial plans. The role focuses on supporting the execution of commercial strategies to drive volume growth for the Coca-Cola System and fostering collaboration with bottling partners.
Work That Matters the Most
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, CCL, Bottler) to ensure effective execution of aligned activation and execution plans. Support the execution of commercial plans in line with the long-range plan (LRP) and drive transaction growth through close monitoring and coordination. Assist in governing key focus areas such as CDE placement, assortment optimization, and segmented execution. Contribute to KBI reporting solutions, providing insights to the Franchise leadership team for improved business understanding. Maintain and strengthen relationships with bottlers by coordinating activation efforts and ensuring proper integration with the bottler sales function. Support the implementation of commercial productivity plans, track performance, and assist in course correction as needed. Provide commercial expertise to help resolve issues related to customer relationships and bottler partnerships. Contribute to the development and execution of tactical plans to meet customer and bottler needs, enhancing beverage category volume and profit.

- Support the execution of end-to-end franchise-level strategies by utilizing global/regional tools while adapting to local realities.
- Assist Franchise leadership with execution-related interactions and integration efforts with the Bottling System.
- Help implement value-driven solutions that align with local market needs and drive system performance.
Communication Focus
- Internal: Coordinate with Franchise leadership teams to ensure alignment on execution plans.
- System: Communicate and collaborate with bottler leadership to execute Coca-Cola System strategies and priorities.
- External: Liaise with senior leaders of customers and other key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business initiatives.
Experience & Requirements
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in commercial or customer management roles, with a focus on execution and collaboration.
- Strong interpersonal communication and execution skills, with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Experience working with bottlers or customers in a highly collaborative environment is preferred.
