Job Description Summary:
A successful Senior Business Performance Manager is one who can efficiently provide insights on (market & KO) volume/value trend and forecast volume/value performance, as well as analyze and provide insights on micro and macroeconomics trends and their impact on market and KO business. She/he also gathers and combines different sources of information, analytics and insights to build powerful and compelling narratives to support performance management cycles.
What you will Do:
Coordinates theVolume Forecasting and Business Performance at the Operating Unit & Franchise level (in cooperation with Franchise Finance & Strategy Teams), to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
- Coordinates with Financial Planning & Analysis and System Economics and Competitive Analysis Teams to prepare & provide local business plan insights & assumptions on volume/value.
- Analyzes volume forecasts, develop and discuss insights with stakeholders, and plan takeaways.
- Localizes business plan volume targets and strategy as extension of global target setting
- Business Performance analysis, narrative and presentations to support local and global performance management routines.
- Supports the definition of volume targets to reach the BP. Requirements as Per Caps, SOV.
- Supports the timely identification of Risks & Opportunties based on Macros / Performance
- Runs volume scenarios and provide inputs to Planning Team / PS to run P&L.
- Partners with Platform Services so all volume reporting routines (actual and forecasts) are followed with high level of quality and accuracy.
Analyze local macro-economic trends
- Provides to the OU/franchises macro-economic trends and geo(political) analytics on an ongoing basis
- Generate valuable insights for KO Business, support timely identification of Risks and Opps.
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelors degree on related
- > 8 years of experience in either senior financial planning/commercial finance roles or in senior strategy/K&I roles
- Solid understanding of beverage industry reality, KO business model and competitive dynamics with proven ability to generate, represent, communicate and discuss insights as well as to work in a diverse cultural environment and practice curiosity.
