• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and job offers.
• Analyze the company's talent needs and identify the right candidates for open positions.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various job boards, social media, and professional networks to expand the candidate pool.
• Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure effective workforce planning.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires, providing a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, identifying areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
