We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic
Senior Finance Analyst to join our team in
Istanbul, Turkey. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, monitoring accounts, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations. Your role will require you to accurately handle financial transactions, oversee cash flow, and collaborate with internal teams to provide timely reports.
What You’ll Do
- Stay up to date with changing tax legislation.
- Issue customer invoices (e-invoice/e-archive).
- Accurately and promptly account for incoming invoices in the accounting system.
- Follow up on current account collections and payments, and manage litigation processes.
- Regularly monitor debts and receivables, and create aging reports.
- Record daily bank transactions (TL and foreign currency).
- Participate in cash flow management.
- Assist with overseas reporting.
- Contribute to corporate temporary and corporate tax studies.
- Provide all requested documents and information during tax inspections.
What You Need For This Role
- A minimum of 4 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of general accounting, cash management, tax legislation, and the uniform chart of accounts.
- Experience with tax processes (VAT, withholding tax, stamp duty, corporate tax, provisional tax, etc.), and ability to prepare legal declarations.
- Team-oriented, reliable, with strong follow-up skills, attention to detail, high analytical thinking, and adherence to confidentiality principles.
- Proficiency in English.
