We are looking for a ''Senior Designer'' for our manufacturer company in Istanbul.

Key Qualifications;

• 6+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles color theory
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Computer skills in design programs (adobe illustrator, photoshop)
• Well developed teamworking and communication
• Strong design skills with the ability to create new ideas and execute them to final product
• Experienced in knitted and woven product groups

Responsibilities;

• Generate tech packs including specs, mood boards, artwork size and all detailed style information
• Oversee the entire design process, including color direction, fabric selection and pattern to ensure product meets quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sourcing and merchandising to ensure design align with business goals, meet customer needs, and commercially viable
• Participate in fit sessions to ensure product meets design and quality specifications
