We will count on you to:
Be a great relationship builder, and nurture existing relationships through continuous client engagement
Manage the renewal cycle and daily servicing for a portfolio of clients
Work with internal stakeholders to deliver the best possible client experience and value
Deeply understand a client’s business, industry, and risks; and translate that knowledge into practical, innovative solutions
Support the FINPRO team with syndication of placement transactions including placement negotiation and transaction management;
Manage the renewal cycle by ensuring renewal protocol is completed (via tools available), gathering information, tracking quotes and ensuring documents are issued correctly and on-time in accordance with our professional standards.
Collaborate with FINPRO teams across Turkiye to gather data as well as support the building and maintenance of new business pipeline
What you need to have:
University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
Min 5 years of experience in a similar client-servicing role in insurance, looking after large corporate businesses
Fluent in both written and spoken English
Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
Advanced communication, presentation and training skills
Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
Proficiency with MS Office applications
