Senior Associate – Registration & Regulatory Compliance

•                    Istanbul, Turkey

Overview:

Registration & Regulatory Compliance Sinor Associate must have a strong personality, detail-oriented, self-driven and career ambitious. This role includes intense cross functional collaboration with regular reporting and maintain status trackers. The candidate must demonstrate a Positive - can do attitude and willingness to learn, gain knowledges, being a strong team player and support the business. The candidate must also be capable to work in an international context with different cultures with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Support preparing, submitting, and actively monitoring submission packages as well as developing and maintaining existing product registrations
• Welling to negotiating with regulatory authorities on specific projects and larger areas of policy to achieve results favorable to SCJ
• Maintaining current, accurate, and accessible information concerning the registration and regulatory status and priorities of products and providing useful advice as requested by staff and departmental management
• Supporting the process of summary and analysis of new regulations and developing regulatory trends. Providing comments to the business, authorities, Trade Associations when and where appropriate
• Supporting the development of registration strategies to support business objectives.
• Monitoring changing regulation and policy to make recommendations to the business on portfolio management

Experience you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in physical sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Entomology, Microbiology, Biochemistry) or technical discipline

• Knowledge of governing regulations and standards in Turkey, experience in regulatory, product safety, or quality, product development or related fields. And knowledge of compliance requirements in EU and Turkey
• Experience in Pest Control, Home Care and Cleaning products or Personal Care, Pharmaceuticals with basic understanding of raw material chemistry (organic/inorganic, physical form, structure, impurities, by-products)

Behaviors you’ll need:

• Good skills in Windows-based software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of SAP system.
• Good communication skills, must be able to summarize and articulate technical information to diverse audiences both verbally and in writing
• Supportive and hard working with positive attitude
• Detail-oriented, accurate, willingness to learn and expand knowledge
