ABOUT THE TEAM

Your Main Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for creating project plans/milestones and managing cybersecurity projects/products by working with cross-functional and internal teams.
• You will be the owner of the projects with various sizes, requirements, risks, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• You will create roadmaps and backlogs based on user needs/requirements.
• You will translate business requirements into user stories with accurate acceptance criteria.
• You will coordinate across many cross-functional internal teams and be visible at the highest levels of the company.
• You will define OKR and metrics to assess the accuracy and efficiency of ongoing cybersecurity products & projects and track them periodically

Qualities We Are Looking For

• Having 3+ years of experience in a technology company, preferably working on cybersecurity projects as a product or project manager,
• Proven experience in product and/or project management with cyber security technical knowledge,
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (cyber security and IT-based) and stakeholders,
• Being a good team player,
• A growth mindset with a self-starter attitude,
• Analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business requirements,
• Good command of written and spoken English
