About Four Seasons Istanbul Private Residences
The Four Seasons Private Residences are situated right where the districts of Ulus, Etiler and Levent converge, at the heart of a location which pulses with life and culture.
History and future, contemporary and traditional civilization, and art and pop culture all come together in one place, as the region showcases the city’s most upscale shopping districts, renowned culinary destinations, and dynamic entertainment options. The Etiler neighbourhood of the Besiktas district, is one of the most prestigious and exclusive residential area of Istanbul, on the European side of the Bosphorus.
The property will be spread over multiple low-rise buildings, consisting of 82 apartments, in the range from 3-6 bedrooms. Operated by Four Seasons, the homeowners experience best in class amenities including a Bar-Lounge Area, Meeting Room, Kid’s Playroom, Golf Simulator, Cinema, Pool, and Fitness/Spa facilities.
As part of the residence team in a Four Seasons standalone residential property, you will have a unique opportunity to continue to define and establish the operating model for standalone Four Seasons Private Residences.

This role is responsible for protecting company and homeowner assets from theft, fire, damage and assisting in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all persons in the location.
TASKS
The ability to follow residences / local procedures.
The ability to Perform the day-to-day security force of the property to ensure the safety and security of allhomeowner s, personnel, and property.
The ability to patrol the interior and exterior of the building and confront any situations or persons that require investigation.
The ability to handle and document homeowner and employee accidents, homeowner room lock problems, noise complaints, and any questionable individuals on the premises with coordination with Concierge team.
The ability to assist handicapped homeowners.
The ability to implement all policies, procedures and instructions regarding security and safety.
The ability to investigate crimes committed against the Residence building, homeowners, and employees.
The ability to document all incidents occurring in the Residence in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities, and insurance requirements. And in documenting such activities remain objective and write a comprehensive report.
The ability to assistResidenceemployees in handling of unusual homeowner or employee problems, such as, but not limited to, disorderly conduct, thefts, bomb threats, homeowner/ employee accidents, fire or safety hazards, robberies, terrorist activities, civil disturbance, power or elevator failures, medical assistance, and natural disasters.
The ability to remain informed of current local laws and regulations as they relate to the residence, particularly in areas of homeowner, patron, and employee rights.
The ability to control the key, lock system, alarm system, and fire protection system.
The ability to respond properly in any residence’s emergency or safety situation.
The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by Residences Security Administration
The ability to make recommendations to the Security Supervisor in related matters.
The ability to do Safety Inspections throughout the Residences.
The ability to monitorthe Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV).
Skills And Compentencies
Intermediate in English, written and verbal; local language an asset.
Basic First Aid/CPR & Emergency response training an asset.
Minimum of two years’ experience in security field, preferably in the hospitality.
Knowledge of safety practices in the workplace is preferred.
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to work overnight shifts.
Good verbal and written communication skills isrequired. Ability to communicate with a diverse team of employees, homeowners, visitors, and vendors.
Computer skills including typing/word processing experience and the ability to write clear and factual reports.
Able to be pro-active in their approach to problem resolution.
Able to work while standing or walking for most of the shift.
