Your Role Responsible for daily Reefer (Reefers, Pharma & DFN) operations in Sea Logistics department. We aim to find right solution for our customers to provide high quality services and meet customer requirements. Working in a busy operational department you will take ownership of files end to end. Providing excellent customer service on a daily basis to meet and exceed requirements from operational perspective. Your Responsibilities
Co-ordinate with KN destination office and customer for order follow up
Proactive response to service issues.
Prepare files and finish all tasks in company system in daily work
Monitoring and updating of shipment status.
Communicate effectively and proactively with customers, teams, offices and subcontractors
Follow up customer standard operating procedure and meet key performance indicators requirement
Deliver PharmaChain minimum standards for every booked shipment for export&import shpmnts.
Keep up to date with KN global and country specific GXP standards and regulatory / requirements,recall operations are not in KN's scope ,only customer instructions being followed up.
Implement product developments and enhancements to globally agreed timescales / roll out plan
Produce correct and timely billing and ensure correct cost and profit share from sub-contractors, carrier and origin offices.
Complete cost accrual and keep correct status of the shipment in the system
File closing according to KN guideline and review to ensure all the above processes
Your Skills and Experiences
Project Management Experience: Candidates should have a solid background in project management, demonstrating the ability to oversee and deliver complex projects successfully.
International Experience: Experience working in international settings is essential, showcasing the ability to navigate and manage global logistics operations.
Sea Logistics Experience: Applicants must have 5-10 years of experience in sea logistics, ensuring a deep understanding of the industry’s nuances and challenges.
Freight Forwarding Experience: A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in freight forwarding is necessary, highlighting expertise in managing the movement of goods efficiently.
Reefer Experience: Experience with reefer logistics is highly preferred, emphasizing the ability to handle temperature-sensitive cargo with precision and care.
