Engineering background (electronics, mechatronics, production, industrial or mechanical engineering) preferably with background in manufacturing and technical areas
Experience with a variety of testing techniques, including environmental testing, durability testing, and performance testing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with test automation tools and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams.
Previous work experience on Simultaneous Engineering teams is an asset -> dealing w. multicultural teams & coordinationg activities
