Job Description
- Working within international software development teams across global locations to develop farm management software and analysis software with the main responsibility of enabling and coaching teams to achieve committed goals and to constantly improve the team's efficiency.
- Ensure that all Scrum events take place efficiently and facilitate them when needed.
- Collaborating with other coaches in the organization to grow within role and contribute in organizational level
- Guiding the team along all relevant process steps and helping that the team deliverables are of quality and compliant with the defined process framework,
- Supporting and coaching the team to keep focus and achieve transparency in its progress also towards external stakeholders,
- Supporting and coaching the team in removing or escalating impediments that the team cannot solve internally,
- Coaching product owners to understand and practice agile principles, help them in value maximization
- Helping the Scrum Teams focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done
- Facilitating the team's creativity and self-empowerment to challenge product content definition and way of working,
- Sharing best practices through preparing and facilitating workshops and training within the organization
- Supporting inter/multi team synchronization (e.g. PI plannings, chapter meetings)
- Knowledge in design and development of distributed software systems,
- Understanding code versioning tools, such as GIT is a plus
- Awareness or experience with different techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related area
- Minimum 10 years of experience in complex software development projects and methodologies,
- Proven 5+ year experience as SM and/or PO in an agile framework (e.g. SAFe, Scrum, LeSs, Kanban),
- Experience working with international and distributed teams is a must
- Certified in Agile practices (e.g. PSM, CSM)
- Experience in using ALM tools for tracking agile process (e.g. JIRA, TargetProcess)
- Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles and software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSs etc.)
- Comprehensive understanding of goal-setting frameworks (OKR, KPI, SMART etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English both spoken and written (at least C1 level)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
