We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCADA-EMS Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in energy automation and control systems, with a strong background in SCADA design and project management. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate project teams, manage technical tasks, and provide innovative solutions in challenging environments.Key Responsibilities:•Lead and coordinate the SCADA team in various projects.•Design and implement SCADA systems for electricity, gas, and water networks.•Manage project technical tasks and ensure timely delivery.•Provide technical leadership and support for SCADA/EMS/DMS/OMS/GIS projects.•Conduct detailed SCADA system design and integration.•Oversee data entry, testing, and documentation processes.•Train customers on SCADA systems and communication protocols.•Plan and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT).•Integrate ICCP and commission SCADA systems.•Report on project progress and maintain job tracking.Qualifications:•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical-Electronics Engineering or a related field.•Over five years of experience in SCADA and energy automation.•Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role.•Strong knowledge of SCADA design and integration.•Proficiency in communication protocols such as IEC101, IEC104, and Modbus.•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to predict and address issues in SCADA systems.•Strong communication and teamwork skills.•Proficiency in tools such as Spectrum Power 7, Spectrum Power 4, AutoCAD, QGIS, Microsoft Office, Python, Linux, git, and Jira.•Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (B2 level).Preferred Skills:•Experience with SCADA systems in various international projects.•Ability to manage and lead engineering teams effectively.•Strong reporting and documentation skills.•Experience in training and customer support.Benefits:•Competitive salary and benefits package.•Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in the energy sector.•Collaborative and innovative work environment.•Professional development and training opportunities.Individual benefits are adapted to meet local legal regulations, the requirements of different job profiles, locations, and individual preferences. “At Siemens we are always challenging ourselves to build a better future.
