Sales Support Associate

Position:

As the Sales Support Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Timely organizing daily shipping operations
• Follow-up and checking factory, market, and distributor stock levels and sufficiency in line with monthly close targets
• Creating daily, monthly, and annual inventory and shipment reports
• Timely and accurately calculating monthly shipment targets in line with monthly sales targets and sharing with Regions
• Actual shipment follow-up and ensure in line with targets during the month
• Follow-up and working out misdeliver and the damaged products

The position will be reporting to Sales Planning Manager.

Requirements: 

• University Degree Engineering or Business Admin (Bachelors/Masters)
• Minimum 2 years of sales operations experience in FMCG
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications, advanced level of Excel is a must
