Are you ready to make a change?We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative who will be based in Istanbul Region with below responsibilities;


Sales Strategy and Planning:


  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
  • Set individual and team sales goals, monitor progress, and adjust plans as necessary.

Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions with the company’s cleaning equipment.

Market Analysis and Reporting:


  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.

Product Knowledge and Support:


  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the company’s cleaning equipment and services to effectively promote their benefits.
  • Work closely with the technical and service teams to address customer inquiries or issues.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Min 5 years of proven experience in field sales, preferably in the cleaning equipment sector or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, sales software, and MS Office.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
Key Competencies
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability to changing market dynamics and customer needs.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, products, and technologies in the cleaning equipment sector.
