Responsibilities:
Streamline and enhance sales workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain and optimize CRM systems (HubSpot) for accurate data tracking and reporting.
Monitor key sales performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
Assist in sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and quota setting.
Support the sales team with training, tools, and resources to enhance productivity.
Manage AWS partner programs, including funding requests, co-selling initiatives, and compliance requirements.
Track and optimize AWS credits, partner incentives, and rebate programs to maximize benefits.
Work closely with AWS teams to ensure alignment with program guidelines and requirements.
Maintain documentation and reporting for AWS-related sales and partnerships.
Oversee invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely billing for customers and partners.
Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to reconcile accounts, track payments, and manage outstanding invoices.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, tax regulations, and contract terms.
Qualifications:
2 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
Familiarity with AWS programs, partner networks, and incentive structures.
Experience with invoicing, accounts receivable, and sales compensation planning.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, SAP (including SAP Business One), Oracle, and Logo.
Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication to collaborate across teams and present insights effectively.
