About the job Sales Operations Executive About Vispera

Role Highlights:


  • Monitor sales team performance and prepare necessary reports.
  • Support the sales team with CRM Tool (ZOHO).
  • Implement process improvements on ZOHO.
  • Responsible for the invoicing process.
  • Prepare management presentations on a regular basis.
  • Track contract/document signing processes.
  • Completion of ad hoc report/analysis requests accurately and promptly.

Unique Strengths You Bring to the Table:


  • 3+ years hands-on experience in sales cycle management, CRM, and invoicing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills (at least advanced level).
  • Solid experience with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical thinking skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools, preferably ZOHO.

Would Be Nice If You Have:


  • Knowledge of Python.
  • Have knowledge of ISO 27001:2022 and act as required by these systems. (*)

(*): Vispera will provide relevant trainings, in case of a need if the personnel havent got these trainings, after the recruitment within 3 months.
