Sales Department is responsible for all medical device activities in sales and promoting them. Varian Turkey has the highest market share in radiotherapy area in Turkey. Our main goal is to keep that achievements and increase it by providing our customer satisfaction. All team members have a great synergy together and never give up when encounter any problems or obstacles keep up their perseverance by supporting each other.  

The Sales Operation Analyst is the primary contact for Varian Medical Systems (VMS) sales organization ensuring that all operational activities are supported by seamless administration.

Key Requirements

• Provides generalist support to our sales department: tender process, tender documentation, medical device registration, contract documentation
• Tender Documentation: Preparing relevant documents and keeping company related files up-to-date.
• Medical Device Registration: Follow-up Medical device registration list up-to-date and support team while registration process.
• Contract Documentation: Preparing relevant documents and keeping contract related files up-to-date
• Supporting Marketing activities for Turkey: helping with the participation in congresses and events
• Follow-up relevant legislations or regulations about medical devices and tender procurement laws
• Follow-up published tenders in regular base and preparing reports.
• Follow-up and apply for guarantee letters for tender and contract processes

Job requirements

• 1+ year relevant experience in administration
• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communications skills
• Customer focused personality, team player
• Eagerness to learn technical terms and legislations in medical area
• Language: native in Turkish, fluent in English
