In this position we invite you to join us as our Yacht Sales Manager. Drive existing and new sales within the market. Growing your own relationships and creating new ones  - upholding our ambition of delivering the best products and service to our customers. The role will be based out of our Hempel Istanbul office in Içerenköy.


As such we are looking for experienced field sales individual who will promote our products, solutions and educate various stakeholders within the Yachting community. Our ambition is to find someone we can invest in and help grow to become a world class representative for Hempel. Thorough training will be provided for you to do your work and develop yourself even further - developing sales skills as well as increasing technical competence.


Some of the things you can look forward to:


  • Looking for new sales opportunities and driving growth – new-build and boatyard.
  • Customer base include boat yards, boatbuilders, retail stores, boatclubs and boatowners
  • Supporting customers with technical issues, advising them about our products and keeping product trainings on regular basis
  • Participating in fairs and other events
  • Hosting webinars and hold lectures at boat clubs and at customers
  • Preparing account development and action plans, leading sales opportunities, submitting monthly sales reports within the CRM pipeline
  • Travelling during the year to key yacht customers (Fethiye, Bodrum, Antalya)

What does it take to become our new team member?


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Previous experience of Yacht/marine coatings or Yacht/marine sales is desirable
  • Phenomenal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and alongside our key partners
  • Understanding basic business practice among others profit & loss analysis, tender, sales and contract
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish, both verbal and written.
