JOB DESCRIPTION:The responsibility of this role within the company is:
- Reaching Roiback’s new client acquisition financial objectives for the region in charge, by implementing commercial strategic action plans in the territory with the aim of achieving the country’s sales targets
- Enhancing strong partner relationships with existing clients to ensure client’s continuity and growth
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze continuously the market and always identify new business opportunities
- Define strategical plans to develop the market and approach the targeted potential clients
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with hotels and hotel chains
- Develop strategic partnerships in the territory
- Bring the awareness of Roiback brand to a higher level participating to events in the territory and be representative ambassador of Roiback philosophy and behavior
- Enhance strong partner relationship with existing clients to ensure client’s continuity and improvement. Conduct regular visits and reviews with clients to ensure that our partner’s goals and expectations are being met. When necessary, re-negotiate existing accounts
- Report periodically on achievements and market developments to the Head of Europe and finance department. Coordinate with management on strategic planning and objectives
- Coordinate and manage is team in the territory, making sure that the commercial and strategic plan is carried out vs defined target
Requirements:
- Sales & Business Development – Proven experience in driving sales, negotiating contracts, and closing deals in the hospitality or travel technology industry.
- Strategic Thinking – Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategic plans for growth.
- Account Management & Relationship Building – Strong ability to maintain and grow partnerships with hotels, ensuring long-term collaboration.
- Negotiation & Persuasion – Expertise in contract negotiation with hotels and hotel chains, with a focus on maximizing profitability and mutual benefits.
- Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence – Ability to track industry trends, evaluate competitors, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Proficiency in analyzing performance data, KPIs, and financial reports to guide business strategy.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills – Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, hotel partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Multitasking & Organizational Skills – Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Customer-Centric Approach – Focused on understanding clients' needs and delivering solutions that enhance their direct booking strategy.
Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the hospitality, travel tech, or SaaS industry.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hotel distribution, direct booking strategies, and digital marketing for hotels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings, events, and business development activities.
