•Ensure the development and implementation of effective Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) strategies; foster a data-driven decision-making culture within the organization and amplify sales productivity and efficiency,
•Performance Management: Prepare, consolidate, and analyze sales team performance data monthly, quarterly, and yearly. Propose solutions for improvement of sales effectiveness and productivity principles; manage and own the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP),
•Establish and track clear success criteria, KPIs, and other performance metrics for all SFE functions to ensure alignment with business objectives,
•Oversee the creation, optimization, and dissemination of sales performance reports to inform business strategies and drive actionable insights,
•Lead the territory design and sales force planning processes, ensuring optimal resource allocation and strategic alignment,
•Support Brand Teams by providing strategic insights through data analysis and actively participate in Brand Team meetings,
•Lead the design and execution of market research studies, providing strategic insights for product positioning, customer behavior, and market trends. Collaborate with brand teams to ensure research findings are integrated into brand strategies and decision-making processes,
•Develop and deliver market insights that drive business decisions, leveraging competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and industry trends,
•Localize and implement global SFE solutions ,continuously enhancing sales performance management within the affiliate,
•Respond to ad-hoc data and reporting requests from cross-functional teams, providing timely and relevant insights to address specific business needs,
•Develop and execute strategic sales force effectiveness initiatives and set operational priorities in coordination with Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and BTS teams.
•Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field will be preferred,
•Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales Force Effectiveness or Sales Operations within the pharmaceutical industry,
•Knowledge and experience in sales incentive calculation processes,
•Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau,
•Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams,
•Strong project management skills.
