Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement sales strategies aimed at achieving profitable growth, including full P&L responsibility.
  • Oversee customer P&Ls and manage all relevant elements of the overall P&L.
  • Drive revenue management initiatives to optimize pricing, trade terms, and profitability.
  • Develop and grow the national business in the relevant aspects of Distribution, Sales, Key Account, and E-commerce channel management
  • Develop and implement KA strategy (give guidance and support to the Key Accounts Manager for negotiations in all aspects)
  • Lead and support the distributors in terms of sales, distribution, and attend negotiation meetings together with Sales Managers
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce sales strategy to drive online revenue growth.
  • Lead the Sales team effectively, with the highest integrity and efficiency. Talent Management.
  • Active work with Marketing team in order to ensure: product rotation in and off shelf, profitability per shelf meter, shopper KPI achievement. Ensure good coordination with other departments.
  • Manage Performance of Distributor & Key Accounts & E-commerce Channels and prepare regular Business Review Meetings
  • Implement sales-force management and reporting tools
  • Establish yearly Sales and Marketing Budgets and Plans together with Marketing Manager
  • Ensure full compliance with all FHCS stated practices, strategic objectives & reporting deadlines
  • Interacts with all local employees & country management team, international sales colleagues, large customers and distributors
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least 8 years of managerial experience across multiple sales functions in FMCG
  • Fluent in English and native-level Turkish proficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, lead, and motivate teams
  • Proven experience in annual negotiations, including preparation and execution of distributor contracts
  • Successful track record in leading and developing national key accounts
  • Solid understanding of trade structures and sales-force management
  • Knowledge of e-commerce frameworks with an omnichannel mindset
  • Familiarity with P&L processes, financial principles, and key metrics
  • Strong knowledge of local trade, customers, and competitors
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical skills and strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a commitment to personal development and talent management
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and change management skills
  • Proven ability to build interfunctional networks and manage cross-functional projects
  • Strong compliance knowledge and adherence to ethical business practices
