Alumil, one of the most advanced companies worldwide in the design and production of architectural aluminum systems is looking for a Sales Consultant for one of its subsidiaries in Turkey. Alumil Turkiye is one of the fast growing subsidiaries of the Alumil group.The Sales Consultant role is to increase the company's sales in his/her area of responsibility through the development and management of affiliates (salespersons and / or fabricators). In addition to the direct sale responsibilities and duties that are essential, his/her role is to develop strong affiliates who will contribute both to the sales volume and the quality of the company's reputation. Main duties:Be responsible for the accurate implementation of the company's commercial and credit policies, payment collection and the financial targets with the clients of its region. Constantly visit the company's partners (fabricators or dealers) on a daily basis, support and advise them both in technical as much as in commercial issues, so our partners can become exceptionally good in their line of work.Find & develop new partners for Alumil. Have great knowledge over its market & products, and constantly update the team on any information that it got from the market about competition, products, or market situation, through market mapping, analysis and documentation.Be responsible for implementing marketing actions based on the marketing plan (e.g., partners' exhibitions, shop signposts) in his/her area of responsibility. Be responsible for promoting the new products & services in the market, through presentations and active support to its partners (dealers & fabricators) His/ her CRM is fully and constantly updated Be in constant cooperation with the engineering consultants, for monitoring projects that emerge in his/her area of responsibility. Be fully aware of the open orders of his/ her partners (fabricators or dealers) and intervene when there is a problem. Be fully aware of the credit & payments of its clients and be is responsible for the collections. Be fully involved in developing the Budget planning and proposals for his/her area of responsibility customers. Participate in the formulation of the company's Marketing Plan.
