Digital Manager, RRP
Location: Istanbul, Türkiye
Position Purpose:
This role is to lead the digital acquisition & conversion communication, own digital assets and digital engagement programs & conversion programs in relevant digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement Digital acquisition & conversion journey
- Digital acquisition & conversion channel management
- Drive lead generation via various digital acquisition programs
- Digital marketing development, management, execution & analytics
- Manage digital planning, investment and buying
- Implementation of the global guidelines & localization of assets/content
- Local digital content and asset management
- Work with the digital data to develop, refine and deliver regular reporting, identifying and influencing the correct metrics for the local market
- Set & monitor KPIs, investment & deliverables for managed digital activities
- Successful project management of the key Global / Local digital projects
Qualifications & Experience:
- University Degree
- Strong experience in digital programs, the company’s own digital assets management, SEO, media
- Strong experience in acquisition & conversion programs/channels management
- Experience in omnichannel journey experience management
- Experience in special digital projects (cross-category collaborations)
- Dark market digital technics knowledge
- Turkish market digital landscape knowledge (agencies, platforms, core players)
- Advanced user of Digital monitoring tools (e.g. Google Analytics, etc.)
- Good knowledge of legislation, external relations, and understanding of marketing standards in the tobacco industry, competitive intelligence & assessment
- Strong planning and analytical skills; structured approach & self-discipline
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Adapt easily and rapidly to any changes and be at ease with working in a dynamic and complex environment
- Positive ‘can do’ attitude, team player, high self-motivation and strong commitment
- Excellent command of written, spoken English AND Turkish
