Your Role You will be responsible for daily import operations in Road Logistics department. We aim to find right solution for our customers to provide high quality services and meet customer requirements. Working in a busy operational department you will take ownership of files end to end. Providing excellent customer service on a daily basis to meet and exceed requirements from operational perspective. Your Responsibilities
Manage system usage and input data.
Communicate proactively with customers, suppliers, customs brokers, and other KN offices.
Monitor and update shipment status.
Support the unloading process for arriving trucks.
Follow up with suppliers for updates and issues.
Handle documentation and record-keeping.
Conduct customer and supplier visits as necessary.
Request and manage rate/cost information from suppliers and KN offices.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in overland operations is highly preferred.
Ability to be very profit conscious.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
Good command in both written and spoken English & Turkish.
