The team acts as a bridge between commercial teams and customers in order to provide financial sustainability and efficiency for the company.We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.What are we looking for?Perform risk analysis, root cause and impact analysis using data analysis, process mining etc. with a focus on process and risk management.Lead global projects to review policies, define processes, identify risks, controls, and opportunities for enhancement. Provide control guidance during business process changes and contribute to company-wide initiatives.Develop risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks and ensure business continuity.Monitor the effectiveness of risk management strategies and adjust as needed based on emerging risks and changes in the business environment.Conduct thorough reviews of key business processes to ensure that internal controls are effectively integrated and functioning as intended.Identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.Work with process owners to develop and implement process improvements based on review findings.Provide training and guidance on operational risk control measures to employees at all levels and foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to enhance internal control and risk management practices.Suggest and implement improvements to enhance operational risk controls and mitigate emerging risks.Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at improving control processes and risk management frameworks.Ensure compliance with international risk management standards and regulations.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering) or a Master’s degree is preferred2-6 years of experience in risk management, internal control, or internal audit (preferably in e-commerce, technology, retail or logistics sectors)Proficiency in English is required both in speaking and writingStrong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and operational control proceduresAdvanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with risk management software and data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, BigQuery, SAP) is a plusPreferably in possession of ISACA certifications like CIA, CISA, CFA or similarFamiliarity with standards and frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, SOX, IFRSStrong planning and organizing skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyA self-starter, and ability to work under pressure, handle stress and deliver high standard results quickly under minimal supervisionNo travel restriction
