Responsibilities


  • Analyze HR data and assist HR budgeting to provide insights into workforce planning, recruitment, employee engagement, etc.,
  • Assist Compensation & Benefits processes,
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics,
  • Create meaningful reports and visualizations from employee data and present findings to management,
  • Monitor HR KPIs (employee turnover rate, time-to-hire, etc.) and suggest improvements,
  • Develop data-driven approaches to optimize HR processes,
  • Effectively use HR reporting tools and manage the tools & data analytics systems,
  • Collaborate with People & Culture team and business units,
  • Continuously explore new HR technologies and analytical tools to enhance HR analytics capabilities,
  • Conduct benchmarking analysis to compare internal HR metrics with industry standards.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (Statistics, Engineering, Management of Information Systems, etc.),
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, or related fields,Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint or similar platforms,
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable HR strategies,
  • Understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, and predictive analytics techniques,
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices in handling sensitive HR data,
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment,
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills,
  • Fluency in English is required.
