Job Summary:
The Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue and profit through strategic pricing and yield management strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
- Oversee pricing strategy and monitor market trends to optimize revenue opportunities.
- Analyze financial data and market research to set competitive prices and forecast revenue.
- Implement revenue management techniques to maximize profit and occupancy levels.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and packages.
- Monitor and adjust room rates, inventory levels, and distribution channels to optimize revenue.
- Prepare regular revenue reports and presentations for senior management.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, and yield management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of revenue management systems and software is preferred.
