Responsible for developing efficient procurement processes, guidelines or tools and share best practices
Promotes process standardization and digitalization and ensures operational excellence
Analyzes current procurement practices/methods and identifies improvement opportunities and priorities
Defines/gathers/prioritizes functional requirements for (e-)procurement tools. (e.g. eP2P, SRM, Risk Management)
Manages tender process and testing/implementation of new tools
Further develops global guidelines and templates for relevant procurement functions
Prepares training materials, conducts trainings and communicates changes in processes and tools

Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
