Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for developing efficient procurement processes, guidelines or tools and share best practices


  • Promotes process standardization and digitalization and ensures operational excellence


  • Analyzes current procurement practices/methods and identifies improvement opportunities and priorities


  • Defines/gathers/prioritizes functional requirements for (e-)procurement tools. (e.g. eP2P, SRM, Risk Management)


  • Manages tender process and testing/implementation of new tools


  • Further develops global guidelines and templates for relevant procurement functions


  • Prepares training materials, conducts trainings and communicates changes in processes and tools


  • SAP Key User


Qualifications:
  • Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
