Regional Lead Logistics Solution Engineer

Location - Can be based in either Turkey, Poland, Czech Republic, Spain, or Portugal, but any other Maersk location in Eastern and Southern Europe could be considered.

We are looking for a Regional Lead Logistics Solution Engineer, you will work closely with the pursuit team to diagnose customer’s supply chain needs and design world-class solutions, from the Lead Logistics portfolio, that are competitive and compelling, while driving clear value for the client and Maersk, resulting in industry leading win-rates. Key responsibilities:

• Working on customer opportunities, understanding their business, diagnose the customer‘s supply chain(s) and its challenges and opportunities.
• Develop feasible, accurate, competitive, and compelling solution designs; incorporating the scope of service, operational processes, integration setup, lanes and volumes, operating cost, resource models, implementation time & costs, recommended selling prices/terms/scenarios and deal P&L.
• Create documentation for all relevant aspects related to the solution, including the Solution Design Document, and present these to internal and external stakeholders.

• Strategic analytical & modelling capability, ability to translate complex requirements into tangible solutions
• Extensive supply chain and logistics network knowledge, digital / IT understanding
• Expertise within key verticals
• Well developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Strong understanding of commercial solution sales process and consultative sales techniques
