You will be part of the Finance team, supporting the Finance Manager in the MEA region. Your role involves ensuring accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis to drive business decisions. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, manage key financial data, and assist in improving financial systems.Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Forecasting & Reporting:
    • Prepare and deliver accurate financial forecasts, budgets, and reports following USGAAP and company policies.
    • Analyze financial results, identifying key variances from forecasts and previous periods. Provide detailed explanations to support management in decision-making.
    • Produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for internal stakeholders, including parent company reports.
  • Variance Analysis & Performance Management:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and potential issues. Provide actionable insights to management to support forward-looking business decisions.
    • Ensure financial reports are accurate, relevant, and delivered on time.
  • Financial Projects & Continuous Improvement:
    • Support miscellaneous financial projects, providing analysis as required.
    • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of financial systems and processes. Leverage the company’s tools (DBS) to optimize operations.
Skills and Attributes:
  • Multi-tasking & Teamwork: Ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Business Ethics: Maintain high standards of integrity, aligning actions with company policies and values.
  • Judgment & Decision-making: Capable of making sound decisions based on predefined policies and practices.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and problem-solving techniques.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with preference for financial audit experience.
  • Strong knowledge of USGAAP.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Experience with business intelligence software (Oracle, OBI) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
