Real Estate Recruiter (Freelance)

MIRA Real Estate, a dynamic and rapidly expanding real estate agency based in Dubai, is currently seeking a talented and motivated Real Estate Recruiter on a freelance/project basis. The primary responsibility of the Real Estate Recruiter will be to source and recruit real estate agents for various projects and developments.
Responsibilities:

• Source and attract potential real estate agents through various channels, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct preliminary screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and assist in the selection process.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified real estate agent candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the recruitment database.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate recruitment.
