Position Summary
- Develop and implement action plans that support quality objectives
- Coordination of the lessons learned in the factory application
- Follow-up of departmental costs and ensuring compliance with the budget
- Following CoPQ (cost of poor quality), ensuring budget compliance
- Understanding and meeting customer quality expectations
- Monitoring that customer complaints and major quality problems are appropriately coordinated by quality engineers and effective corrective and preventive actions are taken
- Coaching problem solving teams
- Providing necessary training to quality engineers
- Examine 8D and root cause analyzes before they are sent to the customer
- Access to customer portals and regular performance monitoring through the portal.
- Implementation of expectations as a Swimline champion, monitoring efficiency and efficiency performances
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industry, Mechanical, Environment, Management etc.)
- Min. 3-5 years of relevant working experience
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Effective communication skills
- Taking responsibility
- Analytical thinking
- Result oriented
- Team building
- Effective communication in written reporting and presentations
- Fluent communication in English
