As a Quality Specialist, you have holistic ownership of the quality of Supply Chain Partners’ (suppliers), capacity development in terms of quality, aligned with ARKET strategy that leads to delivering customer centric product through quality systems and methods.
You have ownership over the development of Supply Chain Partners (suppliers) in terms of product quality standards & Factory quality systems.
Partner with ARKET team and have a great understanding of customer expectations, which you translate to our suppliers and support creating their quality capabilities.
With a growth mindset, you continuously work towards efficient processes such as root cause analysis, corrective action plans, and drive supplier ownership in all areas.
You drive & conduct trainings/ workshops aimed at improving supplier’s quality processes and methods through coaching of their teams.
Be a strong communicator and transmit key focus areas clearly to various stakeholders (internal & external) by adopting communication style accordingly.
You understand the rationale for change and can adapt and work with new processes and systems and drive supplier accordingly.
You have ownership by living our values and primarily through collaboration and teamwork.
This is a fulltime permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement., based in our offices in Istanbul.
