Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team! As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for managing programs for manufacturing, packaging and other operational processes, as well as ensuring that quality programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular audits of suppliers and evaluate their compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any quality issues, providing guidance and support to improve their processes.
• Perform thorough inspections and testing of incoming materials to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives across the supply chain, focusing on reducing defects and ensuring consistent quality.
• Analyze data and metrics related to supplier quality performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, production, and engineering, to address quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Industrial, Metallurgical & Material, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronical Engineering.
• Min. 3 years of experience in quality, prior experience in industrial / engineering company.
• Knowledge of metal raw material and machining operations industry standards.
• Customs operations knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good team player, strong communication and expression skills in an international environment.
• Willing to take the initiative and responsibility.
