For our SCM Functional Excellence Team in Kartal we are searching for a Quality Professional. This role will be working cross functional within different business and corporate units in the company and will be responsible for the implementation, control and improvement of Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001. This role will be responsible for implementing required methods and tools, supplier management, internal and external audits; reporting conformance and performance, supporting continuous improvement activities , standardization/ optimization of processes and introducing quality methods & tools to improve processes and coordination of sustainability and digitalization initiatives.


What part will you play?


  • Implement Process Management by formulating and introducing methods and tools to improve processes and work results /Standardize, harmonize, optimize and further development of SCM processes and strategies with relevant initiatives or projects.
  • Administration and governance of QDMS (Quality Document Management System) tool and coordinating development activities. Ensuring corporate documentation is up to date at QDMS. (periodical reviews, updates and issuing of new guidelines)
  • Leading and implementing digitalization projects in Supply Chain Management.
  • Leading and implementing sustainability projects in Supply Chain Management and act as External Sustainability Audit (ESA) ambassador and Carbon Web Assessment (CWA) Coordinator
  • Ensure continuous quality improvement of suppliers by designing and implementing optimized cross-functional processes for Supplier Quality Management (SQM) based on Corporate/Division SQM requirements.
  • Manage SQM related processes based on Company Policies such as categorization of quality relevant suppliers, supplier selection, supplier qualification, supplier quality performance evaluation, non-conformance management, supplier development.
  • Derive SCM targets and key performance indicators (KPI's) in alignment with the SCM Management and Follow-up and report of quality related KPIs.
  • Define and implement a SCM framework for supplier quality audits and assessments. Coordinate SCM supplier quality audit program. Monitor and ensure effectiveness of supplier quality audit process.
  • Act as key user for vendor management and vendor registration tools
  • Leading Vendor Master Data maintenance activities.
  • Responsible from process risk management, assesses process risks periodically with SCM management and reports results to ERM department.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and external audits to be conducted in SCM (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001) 
  • Act as EHS representative for SCM department.
  • 3i responsible of SCM unit.

What You Need To Make Real What Matters.


  • University degree of Industrial/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree,
  • Excellent command of English
  • 5+ years of experience is required,
  • Strong knowledge and experience on Quality and Process Management, quality tools and methods (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, 6 Sigma), statistical methods, audits and assessments,
  • Internal ISO 9001 Auditor Certificate is an asset,
  • QDMS know-how is required,
  • 6 Sigma Green/ Black Belt Certificate is an asset,
  • Knowledge and experience on Risk Management and Project Management methodologies will be preferred,
  • Very good command of MS Office applications. Knowledge of other modern IT tools (as SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
