As a member of the QA team, you will have a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end QA processes for our applications and lead the QA team, working closely alongside some of the brightest minds in the mobile app arena. Your expertise and dedication will be essential in shaping the development and success of our apps.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the entire QA process for our mobile applications and web applications
- Incorporate backend API testing processes for both mobile and web applications, and manage these testing efforts
- Lead the QA team, guiding and mentoring team members, and managing day-to-day testing activities
- Create and maintain test strategies, test plans, and test cases for both manual and automated testing
- Oversee the development and implementation of automated test scripts for critical features such as in-app purchases
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of QA processes in the app development lifecycle
- Ensure that weekly and monthly testing reports are compiled and shared with relevant stakeholders
- Handle recruitment for the QA team when necessary, ensuring that the team remains well-staffed and skilled
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manual and automation testing, with a significant focus on mobile applications
- Proven experience in leading QA teams and setting up QA processes from scratch
- Strong expertise in mobile testing for iOS and Android platforms, including creating automated test systems
- Experience in setting up and managing API testing processes
- Excellent knowledge of testing tools
- Experience in setting up and managing test automation systems for continuous testing and reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of mentoring and guiding team members
- Ability to create detailed, actionable test reports and effectively communicate them to the team
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a passion for testing and uncovering errors
- Experience with web application testing or the ability to extend QA processes to web platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with performance and security testing in mobile applications is a plus
- Experience working in Agile environments, integrating QA processes into CI/CD pipelines is a plus
- Knowledge of load testing and stress testing for mobile apps, ensuring scalability and performance is a plus

What does the recruitment process look like?
