• A BSc/MSc Degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering or having relevant engineering background.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• At least 2 years experience in production, development or a comparable working area.
• Curiosity, technical deep dive, communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop him/herself, problem solving competencies, eagerness to work for technical and scientific topics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.

• Define project scope, objectives, and plans with stakeholders.
• Manage the application of determined project scope to the shopfloor.
• Determines the general framework by discussing the technical concept with the customer. 
• Organizes the determination of the detailed concept with Mechanical Designer and Electrical Designer & SW Developer or other parties.
• Manage resources efficiently to meet budget and timeline constraints.
• According to defined concept and technical specification, identify and address potential technical and commercial risks.
• Oversee project budget, track costs, and manage financial aspects aligned with allocated resources.
• Oversee the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Evaluate potential suppliers and choose the most suitable ones who can meet the project requirements.
• Negotiate with suppliers on matters such as price, payment terms, and agreement conditions.
