WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Project Merchandise Retail Lead for Türkiye, you will drive commercial success and enhance customer shopping experience. Collaborate with Merchandise Manager to exceed company targets using your retail expertise and customer-centric approach. In this position, you will be the ambassador for SLF (Sales Logistics Finance) internal project and the speaking partner & business expert within the market.


You will:


  • Secure awareness of SLF and anchor the information within the market.
  • Participate in the cross functional meetings during the project and coordinate & secure cross functional collaboration within the market.
  • Coordinate and monitor the planning and execution of go-live activities within the market.
  • Implement and execute regional merchandising strategy and commercial priorities with close alignment to regional assortment direction.
  • Share the local input on assortment and selling peaks to optimize the commercial plan for Türkiye.
  • Drive in and post season inventory management by picking full price, discount and sale activities in line with regional merch direction.
  • Know your market retail situation and customer profile, providing commercial team with constant and structured sales follow up for the channel, as well as commercial initiatives in store to meet the selling targets.

You'll collaborate with members of the merchandising team working with sales market team, areas, logistics, store operations, global and regional functions. You will provide continuous support to our stores, offices, and logistics partners. You communicate and collaborate with people at all levels and want to contribute to company’s meaningful growth.


WHO YOU ARE


We are looking for people with…


  • ​Minimum 3 years’ experience in Merchandising, Demand & Supply Planning, Area Controlling or equivalent
  • University degree in Economics, Business, Management or equivalent is an asset.
  • Deep understanding in allocation, inventory optimization, logistics operation and store operations.
  • Broad understanding of buying, commercial planning, stock management strategies and actions connected to it.
  • Knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Minimum B2 Level of English & Native Turkish both spoken and written.
