We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and energetic team member who will join us as a Project Manager in Ankara.


The role of the Project Manager is a critical and complex delivery management role within Atos, serving as a leader for a varied combination of accountabilities and responsibilities. The role requires active leadership skills and execution discipline to ensure successful delivery.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Act as a high performing member of the project team and constitute a role model,
  • Ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Provide a leadership to team and guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery,
  • Communicate with integrity, dignity and honesty when collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project maintaining professional ethics,
  • Respond to customer needs in a timely fashion, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions when needed,
  • Plan and support preparation of project documentation presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of audiences,
  • Assess opportunities for process and output (products/ services/results) improvement, and prepare documentation of rationale to share with stakeholders,
  • Develop project management plan, direct and monitor project tasks and knowledge,
  • Perform integrated change control regarding all areas of the project,
  • Identify stakeholders, ensure & monitor stakeholder engagement,
  • Estimate internal and external costing and control the budget throughout the project,
  • Estimate and acquire resources, develop & manage team,
  • Manage and monitor communications between stakeholders,
  • Plan risk management, identify & analyze risks, plan & implement response, and monitor risks,
  • Plan, conduct, and control procurements activities,
  • Communicate with management regularly, inform about project status, and behave proactively for escalating issues that are out of PM area of authority,
  • Cooperate with Atos management teams for upcoming and current projects and provide data to related Atos management tools.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • B.Sc. degree in Computer/ Electronics Engineering or in a related area,
  • Defense systems/software development processes,
  • Configuration Management,
  • IEEE 12207 Software Life Cycle Processes,
  • Application of CMMI nice to have,
  • Agile approaches,
  • Proven 10+ years of work experience, (Defense and Public Sector is a plus)
  • Proven 5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager in IT industry,
  • Valid PMI PMP Certificate,
  • Application of Project Management Processes, Methodologies and Standards such as PMBOK or PRINCE2,
  • Utilization of project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera,
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English,
  • No restriction to travel in Turkey and international when required,
  • Completed military service,
  • Having a valid National Security Clearance from Ministry of National Defense Turkey is a plus.
