You handle large-scale customer-focused projects


As our new project manager, you will be collaborating with multiple stakeholders across departments and functions -from Sales to Supply Chain, Finance (project budget and cost control) and Risk management of customer focused projects. This means you will have direct influence on ensuring project and financial progress and happy customers.


Doing so, you will be responsible for various projects from start till finish, as you:


  • Ensure the clarification, specification and execution of each project from the initial quotation phase to commissioning, handover, follow-up and project completion


  • Generate buy-in among your stakeholders and motivate your team to ensure that all aspects of a project are moving in the same direction


  • Make sure that your projects are delivered safely, within budget and according to scope, quality and schedule


  • Oversee and ensure that customers are managed properly and that their satisfaction levels remain high during the execution of each project


As part of the project process, you will be travelling during the year, visiting sites as you implement projects or participate in customer meetings.


Your Profile / Qualifications


You are highly organised and great at taking a helicopter view when examining the project process from start to finish and foreseeing issues as well as solutions. Additionally, you are a strong communicator who can mitigate between stakeholders, communicate changes and solve unforeseen challenges.


Moreover, we require that you:


  • Have experience from a similar role in a global company in the dairy, food & beverages or chemical industry – alternatively,


  • Bring a relevant degree in engineering (Food, Mechanical, Electrical) or within a similar field


  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documents


  • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards


  • Advanced MS Office skills


  • Ability to work with multiple discipline projects


  • No restriction for traveling


  • Overall understanding of health & safety


  • Speak and write English fluently
