Project Management Specialist, Turkey

The PCM Specialist leads and coordinates product change projects for coffee and tea categories in Turkey, e.i Adaptation projects (simple and complex roll-outs), Innovation projects (complex New Product Development inlcuding CAPEX), Redesign, Packaging Change, Promo, Manufacturing projects (new lines installations for produciton capacity increase), productivity and cost/processes optimization projects, Quality improvement, Limited Edition, others, initiated by MSU and MU.

The role is based in the Supply Chain department and co-operates with all the functions as well as with all the local, regional and global scale, R&D, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Legal and Quality.

The PCM specialist reports to the Project Planning Lead, MEA.

• BA preferably in Marketing / Engineering, MBA is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in a consumer products environment, typically with 3+ years of experience in project management
• Extensive change / project management knowledge
• Strong business acumen including deep understanding of the supply Chain and Marketing principles
• Ability to solve problems under time pressure and insufficient facts
• Excellence analytical, communication, influencing and negotiation skills
• Ability for handling complexity and sense for urgency and prioritization. Drive for results
• Fluent in EnglishAccurate, flexible thinking, time management skills, high analytical skills,
• Team player, hands-on, proactive, excellent communication skills, independent/self-starter, eager to learn and further develop, act with a sense of urgency
• Fluency in English & Turkish
