The successful candidate will take on a range of responsibilities in the Transformers Business Unit and will be based in Tuzla, Istanbul, Turkey. Your Responsibilities: Being responsible for every step of transformer digital components projects in HUB Digital Center. Creating a detailed schedule of project planning with the customer about specification confirmation, delivery adjustments, then provide feedback for internal.  Conducting meetings for internal or external customers for project status. Follow-up project status with all shareholders like design, procurement, testing and logistics departments.  Making a reports WBS progress rate (Confirmation of plan and actual performance), Cost status (Plan and Actual) and Proposal to solve the project issues. Controlling SAP for stock of sub-materials with procurement and planning material and follow delivery date for sub-materials with suppliers  Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication, ensure that projects and programs are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget and quality standards.  Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.  Your Background:   Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; More than 3 years' experience as Project Manager in the similar industry. Expertise on the delivery of effective and accurate problem solving with solid Root Cause Analysis using different methodologies. Ability to prioritize and multitask across multi projects. Problem solving & conflict resolution with a sound understanding where escalation is required. Proven customer orientation, communication & presentation skills. Excellent communication and management of customer relations. Highly organized and efficient coordination skills. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
