To execute of product sustaining projects in Value Stream area of competence with the goal of optimization and maintenance of existing products,
Leads and supports Design Transfer activities,
Coordinates technical aspects and activities related to implementation in production of new products,
Sets-up and drives cross-functional teams -for the implementation of the individual project tasks
Creates, optimizes, and drives structured schedules and plans for the implementation of all projects in Antalya Plant. Sets and meets project milestones and deadlines effectively keeping plans on schedule together with Plant stakeholders.
Additional Duties & Responsibilities
Leading projects across all phases of planning, implementation, and production readiness based on defined design change or development process also supported by electronic system,
Organizes Change Detailed Impact Assessment sessions with key stakeholders.
Anticipates, identifies, documents and manages key project risks; proposes and drives appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
Your Profile
Minimum bachelor’s degree or preferably Master’s degree or similar education level in biomedical engineering/mechanical engineering discipline
+3 years experience in project lead/management
Excellent written and spoken English language
Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills,
Being proficient in the use of Project management tools and techniques to develop schedules, allocate resources, and track progress,
Having knowledge about plastic materials and relative production- and assembly technologies
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse functions of the plants and with stakeholders throughout the global organization,
Ability to take decisions in difficult situations
Technical knowledge about requirements and characteristics for disposable Medical Device design, development and manufacturing
Demonstrated self-motivation with the ability to drive change
Very good command of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio, Word) and SAP (basic knowledge)
Basic understanding of 3D CAD modelling principles and techniques, basic experience in CAD modelling, knowledge of 2D constructive mechanical drawing
