We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering IT projects on time and within budget. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT initiatives.

In a software project planned for 2025, we aim to operate our sales data in a software system called SMS Project. Uploading data to system and in accordance with our own operations and making them talk to other programs we use is the critical task in the role. The position will be project based and contracted for one year.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, organizing UATs and trainings, maintaining project documentation, conducting readiness feedback surveys,
• Facilitate planning sessions to ensure all team members are aligned on project goals and timelines,
• Collect and compile status information from various team members and stakeholders.
• Maintaining project records and documentation,
• Maintain and update issue and risk logs, ensuring all potential problems are documented and addressed,
• Communicating with project stakeholders and team members,
• Managing project schedules and calendars,
• Assisting with project budgeting and financial tracking,
• Providing general administrative support to the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Min 5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Coordinator with a successful track record of project delivery.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in project management tools and software, Planview knowledge is a plus.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are a plus.
• Product owner experience is needed.
