Key Responsibilities
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as Production Planner at our Manufacturing Plant in Izmir.
Ø Maintaining sales and operations planning for finished goods in SAP, in line with EDI information and forecast information received from the customer
Ø Backlog follow-up considering delivery commitments
Ø Shipment planning and follow-up with customer, guide export team accordingly
Ø Semi-finished products planning in the line and subassembly area
Ø Checking the Order Confirmations. Follow-up realization and impact on plan
Ø Rough-cut capacity planning
Ø Maintain plant factory calendar
Ø Stock Analysis.
Ø NC Management in production, follow-up relevant material movements. Supporting disassembly activities via releasing relevant orders in SAP.
Ø Managing Subcontractor Material.
Ø Checking Inventory and Support Counting Activity
Ø Controlling of MRP Parameters.
Education & Experiences
Ø Previous experience in a similar position
Ø Min. Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
Ø Managing and giving financial value to warehouse stock
Ø Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel
Ø Lean Manufacturing knowledge is beneficial
Ø Fluent English and Turkish language (min. B2)
