Üretim operasyonlarında çalışmak üzere;

·Tercihen Kimya Meslek Lisesi Mezunu,

·Bay adaylar için akerlik görevini tamamlamış yada muaf,

·Üç vardiya çalışma düzeninde çalışacak,

·Gebze ve Kocaeli bölgesinde ikamet eden,

·Takım çalışmasına yatkın;

adaylar aranmaktadır.

İş Tanımı;

·Sağlık Emniyet Çevre (SEÇ) kurallarına uymak,

·Katılımı istenilen eğitimlerin tamamına katılmak ve tamamlama kriterlerini yerine getirmek,

·Tahsis edilen kişisel koruyucuları, iletişim cihazlarını ve iş ekipmanlarını itina ile kullanmak,

·Kazaları, kazaya ramak kala durumlarını, olası sıvı ürün dökülmelerini, SEÇ kurallarına uymayan ve çevreye kötü etki edebilecek durumları raporlamak.

·Hammaddelerin ve atıkların transferini sağlamak

·Bakım planını takip edip bakıma alınacak ekipmanı zamanında hazırlamak, teslim alınırken gerekli  kontrolleri yapmak

·Saha ile ilgili raporları ve kontrol listelerini doldurmak,

·Üretim tesisinin temizliğinden sorumlu olmak ve 5S ‘e tam uyumu sağlamak, gereken kontrol listelerini doldurmak . Vardiya bitişinde sahaları ve ekipmanları temiz olarak bir sonraki vardiyaya bırakmak.

·Üretim planına uyarak, standartlara uygun ürün üretmek,

·Üretimde meydana gelebilecek aksaklıkları raporlamak,

·Ürün kalitesi ve işletme konularında olası sorunları gidermek,

·Gerektiğinde DCS kullanmak,

·SAP girişlerini yapmak (üretim emri kapatmak, depo transferlerini gerçekleştirmek)

·Sorumlu olduğu saha ile ilgili operasyonları (temizlik, transferler, dolum, numune alma..vs) gerçekleştirmek
